The Technology Department is dedicated to providing efficient service offerings throughout the district. We are committed to delivering high-quality service to all staff members and students. Our objective is to enhance productivity and self-sufficiency through prompt support offered via support tickets and professional development initiatives.
Any staff member may enter a support request in One to One Plus or connect with their school level contact (CTC/Instructional Coach) to address any technical issues or concerns. The CTC/Instructional Coach can also escalate the issue by entering a support request into One to One Plus, where a technician will respond to provide assistance. Student learning is our priority and Technology Services strives to prevent any downtime in the classroom.
