Ten local students named to regional all-state high school orchestra Ten Cleveland County students were selected by audition to participate in the Western Regional All-State Orchestra. The concert, to be held March 4 at 2 p.m. in Farthing Auditorium at Appalachian State University, will feature some 200 students from high schools in the western half of the state.
