The State Health Plan offers health benefits to all eligible teachers, state employees, retirees and other individuals identified in the NC General Statutes. Eligible employees are full time employees working 30 or more hours per week. The available plans are:
Enrollment: Eligible employees and dependents may enroll within 30 days of hire or qualifying life event. Elections may not be changed after Open Enrollment without a qualifying life event.
