As a school Social Worker at Township Three, I am so fortunate to have awesome community support on a daily basis, but especially during difficult times like we are experiencing now. Our school has had numerous individuals, organizations, churches, etc. contact us wanting to help. They have called wanting to volunteer to help deliver meals to our families, continue feeding our families through the weekend backpack ministry, donate school supplies, and money/gift cards to give families in need.

I want to give a "shout out" to New Hope Baptist Church, New Ellis Chapel, Ellis Chapel, Sulphur Springs UMC, Sharon UMC, Ticona, Dakota Crowder Hendrick(Rose & Raiine Co.), Dixon Crowder, Mimi Rollins, Casey Whisnant, and Kelsie Perkins. I'm sure the list will continue to grow!

In addition to all of these, our school staff has also volunteered and assisted wherever they are needed. We have also had support from other schools in the area as we try to meet the needs of our students and families.
