Update: Upset Bids Closed - Marion Elementary School 

Cleveland County Schools has closed the request for upset bids for the Marion Elementary School property at 410 Forest Hill Dr. in Shelby. 

The highest bid was $620,000.00, and the 10-day upset bid period expired at close of business on July 6, 2026. The Board of Education will consider a resolution to accept this offer and sell the property to the highest bidder, One More One Less Project, at a future board meeting.
