21st Century Professionals

Goal 3.1:  Increase the local supplement for bachelor degrees to 6.5 % of annual salary, masters degrees to 7% and 7.5% for specialized staff, over the next three years.

Goal 3.2:  Provide all new teachers with a technology device to use for instructional planning and presentation.

Goal 3.3:  Establish quarterly release dates to provide time for zone collaboration, including horizontal and vertical planning. 

Goal 3.4:  Develop a quality beginning teacher program to include support throughout the school year. 

Goal 3.5:  Develop exit surveys to identify reasons students and teacher choose to leave CCS.

Goal 3.6:  Implement bi-monthly late arrivals by the 2015-2016 school year to support professional learning opportunities.
