MEDICATION

If under exceptional circumstances a child is required to use medication during school hours only the principal's designee will administer the medication in compliance with the following county policy. All medications will be kept in the school health room. Medications includes over the counter medication such as Tylenol, cough drops, itch cream, etc.

1. A medication form must be completed and signed

by physician. *New medication forms must be completed each school year.

2. The parent must supply the medication to the school in a container labeled by the pharmacist.
