Student Hours
Doors open for students each morning at 7:30am. Breakfast is served for car and bus riders beginning at that time. Our school day begins at 7:55am and students should be in their WIN class at this time. Students entering the building after 7:55am are considered tardy to school and should be signed in by a parent or guardian in the front office. School dismisses at 3pm.
At 6 unexcused tardies to school students will receive a warning. For every 3 unexcused tardies that students accumulate after this point, they will be assigned after school detention. (9th tardy, 12th tardy, 15th tardy, etc.)
Car Rider Dismissal - Those who pick up a student at KMMS on a regular basis are asked to use the KMMS mirror tag. The student name needs to be written large enough for staff to easily see and read. If a tag is needed, one can be requested in the car rider line. Students are not permitted to walk from other schools to our campus to be picked up by a parent or guardian. All students should be picked up by 3:30pm unless they are participating in an after school activity.
