This is a recording of the homework assignments for that day.

STEMS tests will be given on Fridays starting Sept. 4. Every fifth week there will not be a STEMS test. Students will do analogies lessons on these weeks.

Students should read at least 30 minutes(outside of class) daily. Doing so builds vocabulary, improves comprehension skills, and increases reading stamina. Students will have an opportunity to check out library books from the school library on a regular basis.

All homework should be recorded in your student planner. This is important! Ignorance of the assignment details is no excuse for not having the assignment when it is due.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Does my child have homework?  Generally, yes.  He should be reading at least thirty minutes per day outside of school to improve his reading skills.  Most days there will also be written homework or something to study.

How do I know what my child has for homework?  She should write all assignments in her planner as she goes through her day.  A blank planner is a red flag.  If you never see books or all work is done at school, email the teacher to make sure that is the complete story.  Call the homework hotline for daily homework assignments.

 When are AR points due?

October 23, January 11, March 22, May 28
