Tracy Curry from the Cleveland County Sheriff's Department presented information to parents recently about the dangers of social media and cell phones. Please click on this link for more information: www.netsmartz.org/Parents
Attention:
Any student that owes fund raiser money will not be allowed to participate in any field trips or extra activities sponsored by our school.
Reminder to Parents concerning MORNING drop off times:
For their safety please do not drop students off before 7:30 am. At that time the doors are opened and school personnel take up duty positions in front of the building.
Reminder to Parents concerning pick up times:
No student will be released from school between 2:30 p.m. and the end of the day. We have seen an increase in parents checking out students at the end of the day. This disrupts instruction in the student's last period and creates inefficiency in the office. Obviously, you will have emergencies from time to time, but please make every effort not to schedule appointments that will force you to check out your child during the time mentioned. We are trying to make sure your child gains valuable instruction and we want to keep things running smoothly here at school. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
