Hello and welcome from the Crest Middle School Dragons!

Crest Middle School is one of 28 schools in the Cleveland County Schools district. We serve approximately 1,000 students in grades six through eight. Our community is very supportive of education and we have enjoyed many successful years in the academic and athletic arenas.

Our mission at Crest Middle School is to provide every student with a positive school climate to achieve academic and social success. In order to do that, our teachers are highly qualified in their content areas and they care about their students. The adults at Crest Middle School are learning right along with their students. Faculty and staff regularly attend staff development opportunities to grow professionally and they bring that new knowledge back to the classroom.

Crest Middle School also has high expectations for our students. We expect them to achieve at their best level every day at school. Students will be challenged in the classroom, but they will also be provided the necessary support to be successful. Likewise, students are expected to behave and follow Cleveland County Schools Code of Conduct. Teachers maintain a culture of learning in the classroom at all times.
