IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SENIORS!

1) Our annual Holiday Bazaar Fundraiser will be on Monday, December 19th from 9-2pm in our school lobby.  Donations of baked goods and/or craft items would be greatly appreciated!  Items will also be on sale at our Holiday Meal on December 20^th for parents who are unable to come on the 19^th.

2) On Tuesday, December 20th we will have our Holiday Meal followed by Early Release for our students.  No afternoon shuttles will be available.  A copy of the menu, lunch schedule, and R.S.V.P. information are included in this folder.

3) Please remember there is a $50 Graduation Fee that covers your cap, gown, tassel and diploma.  This fee should be paid by January 13^th, 2012 so we can place cap and gown orders.  The college has a $15 graduation fee that you will need to pay directly to them.  As well, you will need to purchase a CCC tassel in the campus book store.

4) Senior Portraits will be on Tuesday, December 20^th.  Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.  (Schedule on Back).

5) Mark Manuel from Jostens will be available from 9-1pm on Tuesday, December 20^th for graduating seniors to take graduation gown measurements and place orders for invitations, name cards and other items from the Josten’s Catalogue.  Please take a look at the items available with your parents.  A $30 deposit is required when you place an order next Tuesday.  Ordering is also available online.  Please be sure you drop by between the hours he is available so we can order the correct graduation gown.

6) Updated Graduation Binders should be turned in to me or Mrs. Sweezy before you leave on December 20^th.  Binders should communicate you have made progress on your project and should included updated meeting notes, and reflections.  Graduation Project Presentations WILL NOT be scheduled until your binder is approved.

7) English 3 and 4 will meet from 8:30-10:00am on Thursday, January 5^th and 6^th.  If you are not in English 3 or 4 please report to the Biology Lab for seminar at 8:30am.  English 3 and 4 students will have seminar from 10:00-11:30am on both January 5^th and 6^th.  Further seminar time may be assigned after Graduation Binders are reviewed.

8) College Graduation is on May 9^th, 2012.

9) Cleveland Early College High School Baccalaureate Service will be at 6:00pm on Monday, May 21^st. Location to Be Determined.  A reception will follow the service.  Because this is a worship service attendance is optional!

10) Cleveland Early College High School Graduation Ceremony will be at 6:30pm on Tuesday, May 22^nd at Cleveland Community College.

11) Please be sure you are fully committed to your spring 2012 schedule.  No withdrawals will be available next semester.  If you register for a course that is not necessary for graduation please understand you will be responsible for textbook and/or course materials.

12) Next Report Card Date:  Tuesday, January 10^th
