Last week the Larhette family lost all of their possessions and their home to fire.  While at the OBX trip Kurtis Lahrette received the devastating news.  Almost immediately the helping attitudes of the students and staff at Burns Middle kicked into gear.  BMS setup a fund for the family and will be receiving donations for the family through Friday.  Thus far, the outpour of assistance has been mind boggling.  Kurtis would like to express a heart fond "thank you" to all of the students and staff that have donated to his family's cause.
