Burns High School Agriculture Department

 

Burns High Agriculture Department is a two teacher department.  Dennis Martin and Luke Beam split responsibilities for  teaching agriculture and horticulture.  We have an on-campus research pasture, which encompasses about six acres.  We also operate a greenhouse for spring bedding plant production.  We are also fortunate to have about 40 acres of woodland surrounding the school which serves as an outdoor environmental lab.
