All districts across the state are commemorating the work of school boards throughout the month of January. Cleveland County Schools has declared January 26 – 30 as School Board Appreciation Week.

School board members play a significant role in our school system and surrounding communities. They spend countless hours analyzing budgets and student achievement data, adopting effective policies, and making crucial decisions on behalf of stakeholders.

The Cleveland County Board of Education is made up of dedicated individuals who are the public link to our public schools. Their guidance shapes the district’s innovative leadership and financial stewardship while ensuring the highest quality education is provided to all students. They all are accessible to the public and hold themselves accountable for the performance of our schools.

Please join us in thanking the Board of Education for their steadfast commitment to public education in Cleveland County. You can find their collective and individual contact information by clicking here.
