Important Notes:

The complete application, including all necessary forms, can be found by clicking the "Substitute Packet & Forms" link located under the Employment heading found at the bottom of this page. Physical copies are also available at CCS Central Services located at 400 West Marion Street in Shelby. 

Completed packets must be delivered in person to Human Resources Specialist Tabitha Green at CCS Central Services. Ms. Green is located on the third floor in office 301B. The packets will only be accepted in person. Please do not mail.

Please note this change will not affect how substitutes are paid. Substitutes will continue to be paid for half or full days of work.
