CCS Substitute Teacher Information
Effective July 1, 2016, CCS will be
accepting Substitute Teaching applications year-round. Hiring will take place
every other month. The chart below shows hiring months and the cut off times
for those periods.

Completed packets must be delivered in person to Human Resources Specialist Tabitha Green at CCS Central Services. Mrs. Green is located on the third floor in office 301B. The packets will only be accepted in person. Please do not mail.

Therefore, effective January 5, 2015, all substitutes and interims will be required to clock in and out in TimeKeeper. This measure will allow us to accurately record and monitor hours worked. Please note this change will not affect how substitutes are paid. Substitutes will continue to be paid for half or full days of work.
