CCS Work History
I am currently in my 3rd year of teaching at Kings Mountain High School. I am from Georgia and was attending East Carolina University when I heard wonderful things about this school. I knew I wanted to a part of the success here, and I feel lucky to be here.

Bachelor of Science from North Georgia College & State University, and a Masters of Arts in Teaching from East Carolina University

What do you like best about your school/work location?
There are good teachers and students here that put forth their best effort every day. This creates an environment of success. Despite what is happening to the education system in this country, we are fighting to maintain a quality education.

If you could give students one piece of advice, what would it be and why?
Your work ethic and actions now will contribute greatly to your quality of life in the future. If you put forth a lot of work now, you will hopefully have a good career to support yourself and a family.

Why is Cleveland County Schools special to you?
The people in Cleveland County Schools and Kings Mountain High have gone above and beyond to be supportive and foster my success as a beginning teacher. Their guidance means a lot to me. Without it, I may not have become the teacher I am today.
