COLLEGE OF ARCHITECTURE-UNC-Charlotte
Architecture Summer program – June 18- June 25, 2006 . Students must be at least 16 years old by June 1, 2006. Enrollment is limited to 50 students, preference given to rising seniors. Total charge to student is $685 which includes tuition, room, board and a studio fee. Completed applications are due by April 15, accompanied by a $200 deposit. Applications are in the guidance office.

NURSING EXPLORATION WEEK- June 18-23, 2006
Week long residential program at UNC-Chapel Hill for rising juniors or seniors interested in nursing. The fee for the program is $300, which will include all instructional materials, meals, travel to health care sites and lodging on Carolina ’s campus. Must have at least a 3.0 GPA. NORTH CAROLINA STATE UNIVERSITY-College of Textiles-Summer Textiles Exploration. Choice of 4 Sessions June18-23, June 25-30, July 9-14 or July 16-21.

Program incorporates: Apparel Design, Textile Design, Business Management, Chemistry, Engineering. Acceptance based on academic performance, written essay, extracurricular activities, genuine interest in NC State and the College of Textiles . $50.00 refundable registration fee required. BROYHILL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
The Broyhill Leadership Conference will be held June 17- June 21 or July 15 - July 19 at Queens University of Charlotte, Charlotte, NC. The conference is open to rising 10th graders through college age students who are interested in personal development and leadership training. The cost is $165.00 which includes the BLC Handbook, four nights lodging and all meals ( from dinner on the first day to breakfast on the last day). All application should be postmarked by May 16, 2006. No application will be accepted without the Registration fee.
